Stacia Garrett applies a strong "arm turning downward" throw on uke Leon Stroud Sensei during randori. Her form is excellent as are the results. Her dad is a cop and she is just 14 years old!

Another Good Shoteinage In Randori!
Yvonne Carrasco applies a smooth, fast, and definitive shoteinage on her hard attacking uke. You can see that she has really obtained kuzushi and is stepping through the throw to be sure that her uke is captured and thrown! The women of our dojo all seem to really like applying this entering throw. |

Yvon Carrasco applies Ikkajonage on the Chief of Police! When this pictures was taken, Ms. Carrasco was a detention deputy at the local shefiff's office. She later went on to become a federal airport security officer. |
